optical system in existence. The patented (U.S. Patent No. 5,790,230)
intraSPX™ optical insert can be easily interchanged between the
polycarbonate lenses of the NYX Sport Vision System. This effectively gives
the sports enthusiast which need vision correction lenses the ability to
adapt instantly against changing sunlight conditions.
Prescription Insert Information
Low Profile - intraSPX™ utilizes a patented "lens
suspension" prescription mounting system that keeps your sunglasses close to
your face. The system enables the sunglass frame to retain its fit, comfort,
and styling.
Light Weight - The intraSPX™ system's patented design
features rimless prescription lenses which eliminate the "second frame"
common with other systems. This unique design combined with our exclusive
ORAD™ lens grinding process guarantees you the thinnest, lightest sport
optical insert system in existence.
Versatile - The intraSPX™ prescription insert can be
interchanged between any NYX frame and shield lens combination.
NOTE: The intraSPX™ system is not available

How to Order: All NYX
sunglasses are delivered with an easy to understand instruction card within
the foam lined carrying case. You do not need to send in the sunglasses when
you place your order for the prescription insert, unless you are ordering
the Classic Competition sports glasses style. These will need to be sent in
to have your prescription actually mounted to the frame. Simply follow the
instructions on the instruction card and return this card with your recent
eye exam results.
If you would like to expedite the process, you
can either E-mail or fax (330-784-8884)
us your current doctor's prescription along with a check or credit card (MC,
Visa,) information. Make sure that your doctor's prescription includes your
P.D. (Pupil Distance) measurement as this will be important in manufacturing
your inserts correctly.
Warranty Information:
30 Day Non-Adapt - Sved Optics gives you 30 days to test drive the
intraSPX™ insert. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, just
send the insert back and you will receive a full refund.
60 Day Rx Change - If your
doctor changes your prescription within 60 days of purchase, just send the
intraSPX™ insert back to us with your new prescription and we'll remake it
at no charge. Please include a check or money order for $3.50 to cover
shipping and handling.
1 Year Mounting
- If the lenses on your insert loosen or detach, we will remount the lenses
at no charge for up to one year from purchase. After one year we will
remount the lenses for $7.50. Please include any mounting charge and $3.50
for shipping and handling.
